After experiencing the loss of a loved one and carving my own path back to positivity, I want to share what I’ve learned with others and remind people of this message: no matter how hard life gets, you can survive.
Through therapy, faith, community, and movement, I’m able to stay positive and continue down a path to living my best life—and I want the same for you.
With years of experience in human resources and leadership training, my work is now focused on coaching and mentoring women and youth.
Together, we can build a movement that empowers women and youth to rise, heal, and lead with purpose.
